TERMS OF USE
I hereby agree that any material (including any creative material or text) as well as any photographs, video or likenesses taken of me, submitted by me, or, in the case of a minor, of said minor, in connection with certain photography or video filming or shoot(s) taken by me or on behalf of Reckitt Benckiser, Inc., and its affiliated companies, operating divisions, subsidiaries and their respective successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively "RB") or submitted by me to RB may be used by RB in any legal manner it sees fit, worldwide, for promotional or other purposes. I hereby agree not to seek any profit or other compensation with regard to said photographs, videos or other likeness.
By virtue of this Release, RB is entitled to the non-exclusive right to use, post or show, in any media, worldwide, including but not limited to the world wide web, any and all photographs, videos and other materials produced or submitted pursuant to this release. I further agree that RB may use the photographs and/or likeness in such manner as it deems necessary without any approval from me.
I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, have the full right to contract in my own name or, in the case of a minor, that I have the full right to contract on behalf of said minor, with respect to the matters stated above and have no conflicting advertising or promotional commitments that would cause me to be unable to enter into and fully perform and grant the rights specified by this release. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless RB from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities losses, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, charges and other expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by RB related to or arising out of (i) breach of this Agreement and its representation and warranty and (ii) any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof as well as any publication thereof.
