10 Bones is based in Olive Branch, MS 15 minutes from Downtown Memphis where Elvis & BBQ are King! We specialize in old school, "Memphis Style" BBQ! This means we cook low and slow, using premium charcoal for heat and fruit woods for smoke! 10 Bones BBQ specializes in Baby Back Ribs, Pork Shoulders, and Whole Hog. We cook on the Memphis In May Barbecue Association™ circuit. 10 Bones BBQ averages about 12 competition cooks a year. I won MBA "Rib Team" of the year for 2006, for the most total competition Rib points, winning 1st Place in 4 of the 5 last contest entered!
I have been a part of over 49 Grand Championships and over 200 1st Place Trophies.

Weighing in over 900lbs. it's all stainless with convection and automatic water controls. This ensures accurate temperatures during the entire cooking process! I can make this smoker "talk" and if you get the opportunity to judge us, you'll know what I mean!
