Cattlemen's
Champion's Choice

OUR HERITAGE

With over 30 years of expertise, CATTLEMEN'S® is the #1 BBQ sauce used by restaurants. In addition, CATTLEMEN'S® has been the secret ingredient in the winning recipes of every Grand Champion at the World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest at Memphis in May* for the past 14 years. Great Ingredients = Great Taste.

CATTLEMEN'S® offers four distinct flavors:

Made with the finest ingredients:

Tomato Paste — CATTLEMEN'S® Barbecue Sauces use only rich, dense tomato paste with 26% tomato solids, unlike other brands that are made with tomato puree, which is watered down and contains as little as 8% tomato solids.

Quality Ingredients — Unlike most other brands, CATTLEMEN'S® contains no starches or fillers for naturally thick barbecue sauce that seals in the flavor and resists skinning over.

My dad is king of the grill and all his family and friends know it. No one can beat his seafood dishes and all of the works of art that come off his grill. With his recipes he won’t even share with his own kids, he strives to make each dish bigger and better the next time he makes it. He cooks and it makes us keep coming back for more. It runs deep in his heart, body and soul. Competitions are an adrenalin rush that we strive for, bringing new challenges and walking away with new friends from each competition. My dad and I enjoy entering contest together and most every time the main competition is between my dad and I more then anyone around us. We’re competitive with each other and push each other to the limits trying to outsmart each others next move. Even though his dishes usually beat mine, I do appreciate the occasional win on him. He knows how to be on a team when we’ve needed to and we all work well together to achieve the same goals, have fun and don’t hesitate to experiment in any environment or obstacle thrown our way. Above all prizes and ribbons we might win, cooking as a family and sharing the foods we cook is the biggest honor we can ever receive. My dad is someone we all look up to and want to learn from all of his experience and try to take it to the next level. He may say he’s more proud of his kids then anything, but truth is we’re more proud of him and being able to call him our dad.
